Chalet Zormine is a brand-new and extremely spacious luxury catered chalet in the very centre of Morzine. Zormine is close to the Super Morzine lift, tucked away on a quiet side street with majestic views over Parc des Dérêches, the suspension bridge and the surrounding mountains. Sleeping from 12 up to a maximum of 14-17 guests in 6 well-proportioned ensuite bedrooms, this 'Grand Design' with an outdoor hot tub raises the standard of catered chalet holidays in Morzine.

The perfect location aptly befits the quality of the build itself. Chalet Zormine is discreetly hidden on a charmingly quiet side street, only 100 metres from the Super Morzine lift (for access to Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil) and on the doorstep of Morzine's bustling resort centre. Nestled into the mountainside above Parc des Dérêches, the chalet affords mesmerising views.

Remarkably spacious for central Morzine and spread over 4 floors, Chalet Zormine fuses striking architecture, elegance, modernity, comfort and alpine tradition throughout.

Enter into the bright and welcoming open-plan kitchen-dining area with floor to ceiling windows. This lead to a wrap-around balcony with panoramic views – the highlight arguably being the illuminated Morzine suspension bridge by night. An outdoor hot tub completes the genuine wow factor.

Upstairs, on the top floor, you will discover the gorgeous lounge which is open-plan 'mezzanine' style above the dining area below – a perfect place to unwind after a long day on the pistes. This luxurious yet homely environment leads out to a covered terrace with further spectacular views.

Downstairs from the living-dining area are two large twin or king-size ensuite bedrooms. There is also an impressively spacious ensuite family suite, with twin or king-size bedroom and interconnecting twin/triple bedroom (bunk bed plus single, no exterior window), along with a balcony wrapping around the chalet.

Head down another level to the lower floor to access the sauna, games room (with pool table) and a further 3 very large twin or king-size ensuite bedrooms (one of which offers a 1m20 height mezzanine with loft-style low double bed which is particularly suitable for children). These rooms also share a balcony which sweeps around the front elevation and look down to the River Dranse in the Dérêches valley below.

Finally, there is a ski store with the obligatory heated boot warmers and off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
